It’s that time of year… For SNOW! I never think I want it to snow when Fall starts, and then Thanksgiving rolls around and all I want is some snow. Because it’s been a while since it has actually snowed around here, I thought it would be fun to take this opportunity to use my “TBT” (throwback Thursday) and post a fun engagement session I did 2 years ago with some sweet friends of mine. I can’t believe it’s been 2 years when I looked at these! It feels like just this year (I know, how cliché, right?!) when I shot this. These two lovebirds have been married for almost 2 years already. UGH, where does the time go?! I remember when Jess used to babysit my kids and how much they loved having her come over. She’s such a big kid at heart and so sweet. Thomas takes good care of her and I couldn’t be happier for them. Thomas’ sister, Kendra, is a dear dear friend of mine, who also does a lot of styled shoots with me when she comes to town. She did Jessica’s hair and makeup for this engagement session. I think her and Jess even styled the clothes as well. That girl is just so talented! I wish she lived closer.

We didn’t have to head up too far on Mt Baker Highway to get snow. It was freezing cold, but such a blast to shoot this. I can’t to do more shoots in the snow this Winter.
