A Fall Jewish Wedding at Columbia Collective in Woodinville
There’s something incredibly rich and grounding about a fall wedding — especially when it’s layered with tradition, culture, and deep family connection. This indoor fall Jewish wedding at Columbia Collective was filled with warmth, meaning, and the most beautiful seasonal details.
Formerly known as Columbia Winery, Columbia Collective offers a refined, modern winery setting that still carries a sense of history — making it a beautiful backdrop for a wedding rooted in tradition while feeling fresh and intentional. From the moment the day began, it felt like more than just a celebration. It felt like a gathering of faith, family, and shared history.
A Fall Color Palette That Felt Bold and Elegant
The color palette for this wedding was classic fall done exceptionally well by Iris and Fig. Deep reds, warm oranges, rich greens, and touches of navy came together to create a look that felt elevated, romantic, and perfectly suited for an indoor winery wedding. The wedding planner and coordinator did an amazing job at this wedding. There were so many moving pieces but she made sure everything was running smoothly.
The bride looked absolutely stunning. Her hair and makeup by Angie Evans.
The bridesmaids wore the most stunning dark red velvet dresses — rich in texture and incredibly flattering. One of my favorite details was how seamlessly the dresses matched the bride’s lipstick, tying the entire design together in such an intentional way.
The groom wore a tailored blue suit alongside his groomsmen, and the fall-toned boutonnieres added the perfect pop of seasonal color. Against the blue suits, the florals felt warm, grounded, and visually striking without feeling heavy.
Jewish Traditions That Brought Depth and Meaning
One of the most meaningful parts of the day was experiencing and photographing Jewish traditions that were new to me. This is something I genuinely love about cultural and religious weddings — they invite you into something deeply rooted, intentional, and full of significance.
Throughout the ceremony and celebration, these traditions added layers of meaning that extended far beyond the visual. Each moment felt purposeful, symbolic, and deeply connected to family and faith.
A family friend designed and hand-painted the couple’s Jewish marriage license, and it was truly a work of art. Knowing it was created by someone close to them made it even more special — a tangible reminder of the community surrounding them.
A Breathtaking Bouquet and Thoughtful Florals
The bride’s bouquet was absolutely breathtaking. The fall tones she chose were rich and romantic, blending reds, oranges, and greenery in a way that felt organic yet refined. It perfectly reflected the season and complemented the overall design of the day.
The florals throughout the wedding echoed this palette beautifully, adding warmth and texture to Columbia Collective’s indoor spaces. Everything felt cohesive, elegant, and thoughtfully curated.
Intimate Moments in the Barrel Room
One of the most memorable moments of the day happened in the barrel room at Columbia Collective. We stepped away from the reception to take photos, and this space quickly became one of the most meaningful locations of the entire wedding.
This is where the couple signed their marriage license — a quiet, intimate pause in the middle of the celebration. As they were signing, their two grandmothers sat nearby, chatting and laughing together. Watching them get to know one another, sharing stories and smiles, was incredibly sweet.
It was one of those unscripted moments that reminds me why wedding photography is so powerful. It wasn’t posed or planned — it was simply real, tender, and full of connection.
Dancing Under the Stars in the Courtyard
After the reception, the celebration continued outdoors under a clear tent in the courtyard. The couple chose to do their dances there, creating a beautiful transition from the indoor winery setting to an open-air moment that felt relaxed and romantic.
Even on a fall evening, the space felt warm and inviting. Guests enjoyed wine, heat lamps kept everyone comfortable, and the atmosphere was cozy and joyful. It was the perfect ending to a day filled with meaning, laughter, and love.
A Fall Winery Wedding Filled With Heart
This fall Jewish wedding at Columbia Collective was a beautiful reminder of how powerful weddings can be when tradition, family, and thoughtful design come together. From the velvet dresses and rich fall colors to the quiet barrel room moments and dancing under the clear tent, every detail felt intentional and full of heart.
Columbia Collective provided the perfect setting for a celebration so deeply rooted in culture and connection — a space that honored the past while beautifully holding the present.
