I thought it was a sure thing that I would at some point during my wedding day. But miraculously, it just didn’t happen. I chalked it up to elated emotion coupled with adrenaline. But I knew that this day had been incredibly and that those tears were built up somewhere.

17 years later, that hasn't changed. Every wedding, every family session, every couple I meet teaches me something. The work keeps me inspired, keeps me moving, and keeps me completely certain I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
That's why I do this. And honestly, it's why I'm still getting better at it.
