Meghan & Ben’s Wedding At Laurel Creek Manor

Meghan and Ben’s wedding at Lauren Creek Manor was one of those days where I felt like I’d stepped straight into a romantic garden storybook. From the moment I pulled up to the estate and saw the soft light falling over the grounds, I knew this was going to be a special one—and by the end of the night, I was completely in detail heaven. I love photographing a wedding at Laurel Creek Manor for so many reasons.

Their wedding at Lauren Creek Manor took place at the beautiful Laurel Creek Manor, a family-owned estate tucked into the Sumner Valley and surrounded by bulb farms and countryside. The venue sits on a multi-acre property filled with landscaped English-style gardens, winding paths, cobblestone patios, terraces, and a charming historic manor house. It’s the kind of place where you can wander from a quiet corner under the trees to a grand arbor and then onto an open lawn, all within a few steps. For a wedding at Lauren Creek Manor, you truly get that feeling of being in your own private European garden for the day.

What I loved most about Meghan and Ben’s wedding at Lauren Creek Manor was how warm and welcoming it felt from the moment I walked in. Both of their families were incredibly kind, and their bridal party was so fun and supportive. Everyone was genuinely excited to be there, celebrating these two. There was laughter in every room, hugs happening everywhere, and this big sense of, “We’ve been waiting for this day.” As a photographer, that kind of energy is such a gift.

The details were absolutely swoon-worthy. Holcomb Weddings & Events helped bring everything together so beautifully, and it showed in every corner of this wedding at Lauren Creek Manor. The tablescapes, signage, and layout felt thoughtful and cohesive without being fussy. The florals by Paisley Petals Flower Studio were lush and romantic—soft blooms and greenery that looked like they had grown right out of the gardens themselves. Everywhere I turned, there was another little vignette to photograph: delicate stems on the ceremony arbor, centerpieces that tied in perfectly with the manor’s grounds, and carefully chosen textures that gave the whole space a sweet, rustic elegance.

Food is always a big part of the experience at a wedding at Lauren Creek Manor, and Meghan and Ben’s day was no exception. Their guests were treated to a delicious meal from Snuffin’s Catering, one of the longtime catering partners for the venue. The whole reception felt like an elevated garden dinner party—good food, relaxed conversation, candles glowing as the evening settled in, and people lingering at the tables because they didn’t want the night to end.

One reason I love a wedding at Laurel Creek Manor is how you can have a ceremony inside or outside. The ceremony took place outside in the gardens and with the venue’s signature arbor. A wedding at Lauren Creek Manor gives you such a pretty, built-in backdrop: layered greenery, blooms, and pathways that naturally guide guests’ eyes straight to the couple. As Meghan walked down the aisle, you could feel the emotion in the air. Ben’s face softened instantly, and there were so many happy tears in the crowd. It was one of those ceremonies where every vow, every look, and every small gesture felt meaningful.

After the ceremony, we wandered the property for portraits, and this is where a wedding at Lauren Creek Manor really shines for photography. We moved through the English gardens, paused near the fountains, and took advantage of the terraces and paths that wind through the estate. The light filtered in through the trees and bounced off the pale walls of the manor, creating that soft, glowy look I love so much. Meghan’s Essense of Australia gown and Ben’s classic suit looked so at home against the manicured greens and warm architecture of the house.

As the sun started to dip, guests gathered under the tented reception area, which is another huge perk of planning a wedding at Lauren Creek Manor. The estate includes a beautiful reception tent with café lights and plenty of room for dining and dancing, all while you’re still surrounded by gardens and fresh air. The tables were filled with floral arrangements from Paisley Petals, soft linens, and personal touches that felt very “Meghan and Ben.” There were heartfelt toasts, lots of laughter, and a packed dance floor thanks to their talented DJ and musicians.

What stands out to me most when I think back on their wedding at Lauren Creek Manor isn’t just how beautiful everything looked (though it truly was stunning). It’s the way the day felt. It felt grounded, intentional, and joy-filled. Meghan and Ben were fully present with each other and their guests—taking time to hug their parents, laugh with friends, and really soak in every moment.

If you’re dreaming of a celebration that blends romantic gardens, historic charm, and thoughtful service, planning a wedding at Lauren Creek Manor is such a wonderful option. With its English-style gardens, historic manor house, tented reception spaces, and family-run warmth, it offers the perfect backdrop for a day that’s elegant, welcoming, and filled with personal touches—just like Meghan and Ben’s unforgettable celebration.
