The Best Seattle Wedding Vendors

I’ve spent the past 16 years behind the lens, capturing the unique stories of couples across the world, and I’ve come to believe that a truly exceptional wedding day is built not just by one vendor—but by a curated, aligned team of vendors who bring your vision to life with elegance, intention, and ease.

If you’re planning a wedding in the Seattle area and you want to work with vendors who speak to elevated style and effortless experience, I’ve assembled this list of trusted professionals across every category. Each one brings a refined touch, personal service, and deep care for what matters most—to you and to your guests. I have had the privilege of knowing these people and working with them frequently.

Vendor Recommendations for Your Seattle Wedding

Wedding Planners / Coordinators

Wedding Florists

Hair & Makeup / Beauty Team

DJs & Entertainment

  • Bamboo Beats
  • Orion Entertainment — One of the most fun group of guys with incredible skills to get everyone dancing on the dance floor.
  • Brandon Ghorley – An amazingly talented DJ and MC. He’s kind, fun and knows how to read the crowd.

Caterers

Officiants

  • I absolutely love when couples choose a close family friend, family member or church leader to officiate their wedding. It makes it more personal and memorable.

Cakes / Desserts

Gowns / Bridal Stores

Paper Goods (Invitations + Stationery)

Videographers

  • Pixel Dust — A Seattle-based team offering wedding photography and full-day videography true to emotion and story. I have worked with them several times.
  • Smith & Co. Photo – Not only did I photograph their wedding, they are my associate photographers and dear friends. We have worked over 6 years very closely together. They have amazing work ethic, amazing attention to detail and truly some of the sweetest people you could know.
  • Peak Design Cinema – I love their films and how beautiful their storytelling is. Their colors in the videos are also similar to mine, so you would get the same look for both video and photos.

Why assembling your “dream team” matters

When you work with vendors who understand your vision—and one another—you eliminate friction, elevate the guest experience, and free yourself to be present on your wedding day. As a photographer, I’ve seen firsthand how easily timelines slip, emotional moments go uncaptured, or design details get lost when vendors aren’t in sync. But when the team is aligned and everyone gets along—every shot feels deeper, every guest feels welcomed, every moment feels intentional. It really does become like a dream.

A few questions to guide your vendor selection

Before you sign contracts, ask:

  • Does this vendor feel like a true collaborator and not just a checkbox for the day?

  • Can they share similar weddings they’ve executed and walk you through how they handled scale, design or unexpected changes?

  • How will they preserve the flow of your day—so you can breathe, connect, and savour each moment?

  • Do they have a track record of luxury‐leaning weddings (if that is important to you), and do their references reflect their style?

I hope this curated list becomes a go-to reference as you build your vendor roster. And if you’d like help aligning your photography timeline, crafting your wedding day shot list, or weaving story-rich images into your brand as a couple—let’s talk.

Here’s to creating a wedding day that feels authentic and elevated—where every vendor truly becomes part of your story.
